Venue: Wan Chai District
This guided tour started at the Blue House, a 4-storey balcony-type tenement block that was built in 1922 and revitalized in 2016. Our S.4 and S.5 students walked around the Wan Chai District looking for various local grassroots industries. Many of these industries do not only support the life of the low-income groups, but also play a vital role in the economy of Hong Kong.
