To enhance students’ ability in doing research and data analysis about coastal environment in Hong Kong, there was a field trip held by Caritas Chan Chun Ha Field Studies Centre in Cheung Chau. Students were divided into two groups and they used different equipment to collect data on two beaches: Tung Wan Beach and Kwun Yam Wan Beach respectively. After collecting data, they took some samples back to centre and did data analysis and presentation. Students have learnt the skills of doing research and data analysis, which are important for future learning.
