各位家長、同學：

 

為了讓本校音樂、舞蹈、戲劇、朗誦等課外活動的學員有機會展現才華，本校將舉辦「課外活動年終表演」，詳情如下：

 

日期：2026年5月16日(星期六)

表演學生及服務生集合時間：下午1時45分

表演時間：晚上6時至7時30分(來賓可於5時30分起進場)

 

如表演當日遇上惡劣天氣，安排如下：

1. 如紅色、黑色暴雨警告訊號或八號或以上風暴訊號於中午十二時或之後仍然生效，又或者教育局宣佈停課，活動將會取消，學生不需回校。

2. 如天氣惡劣，而教育局未宣佈停課，家長可考慮其居住地區的天氣、道路及交通情況而決定是否讓貴子弟參與活動。如決定不回校，請聯絡所屬單位負責老師。

 

Dear Parents and Students,

 

To provide students involved in music, dance, drama, speech, and other extra-curricular activities with opportunities to showcase their talents, our school will hold the Extra-curricular Activities Annual Performance. Details are as follows:

 

Date: 16/5/2026 (Sat)

Assembly time for performers and student helpers: 1:45 p.m.

Show time: 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (Admission for guests begins at 5:30 p.m.)

 

The following arrangements will be made if the performance is affected by severe weather:

1. If the Red or Black Rainstorm Signal, Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is in effect at 12:00 noon or later, or if the EDB announces a class suspension, the Annual Performance will be cancelled. Students will not need to return to school.

2. In case of adverse weather conditions where the Education Bureau has not officially suspended classes, parents should assess the weather, road, and transport situations in their local area to decide whether their children should attend the activity. If you choose to keep your child at home, please inform the teacher-in-charge of the respective unit.
