.Thirteen S.3 to S.5 students joined a live programme called “預算案ONLINE@M21”. During the live programme, the Financial Secretary of the Hong Kong SAR government, Mr. Paul Chan Mo-po, discussed fiscal policies proposed in the recent Budget release. Students were given plenty opportunities to raise questions about The Budget 2019-20 and provide ideas to the Financial Secretary for formulating future policies
