基督教崇真中學2024-2025學年之中一年級入學申請時段已正式結束，感謝大家踴躍申請於下年度入讀本校。
所有申請人將會於一月十八日或之前收到確認電郵。面試的具體時段將根據申請者的選擇再細分安排，敬希留意。由於申請者眾多，恕本校未能接受關於面試時段的任何調動要求。多謝各位合作。

Thank you very much for your interest in Tsung Tsin Christian Academy. TTCA accepts online applications for S.1 admissions ONLY. Please submit ONE application per child.
You are advised to add the email address of the Admissions Team (admission@ttca.edu.hk) to your contact list to avoid emails from us going into spam.
歡迎報考基督教崇真中學。本校只接受網上申請表格，每位申請人只限提交一次申請。
請將本校 (收生組) 的電郵地址 (admission@ttca.edu.hk) 加入 台端的聯絡人名單，以免系統發出之郵件被置於雜件箱中。
Important Notice for Online Application網上報名重要事項
1.
Applications must be submitted online by Wednesday, 10 January 2024 (17:00).
申請者須於2024年1月10日(星期三)下午五時前遞交網上申請表格。
2.
Application Fee: HK$100 (non-refundable and non-transferable)
Payments should be made by credit card through the e-Application System for S.1 admissions. Failure to settle the payment would render the application unsuccessful.
申請費用港幣一佰元正（不設退款及不可轉讓）。網上報名過程中，學校會透過信用咭收取相關費用。未能成功繳付費用之申請將被視為無效，敬請留意。

Parents or guardians should ensure that all information provided is accurate and complete. Please be reminded to upload the required documents listed as follows:
家長或監護人須正確及完整地填寫表格內各項資料，並按照申請須知上載有關文件：

Academic reports of each term in Primary 5
小五各學期學生成績表副本 -
Academic reports of the first term in Primary 6 (can be submitted on the day of interview)
小六上學期成績表副本 (可於面試當日補交) -
At most 4 diplomas / certificates of special skills and achievement awards (if any)
最多4項課外活動、服務及其他特別才藝之文憑/證書、獎狀副本 (如有)

It is the parents or guardians’s responsibility to provide an accurate and valid email address for correspondence. If you do not receive the application confirmation email after submitting the application, please contact the Admissions Team by email (admission@ttca.edu.hk) within 3 working days.
家長或監護人須確保所提供的電郵地址是正確及有效以作聯絡之用。如在遞交報名表格後，沒有 收到申請確認電郵，請於三個工作天內以電郵聯絡本校收生組，電郵地址：admission@ttca.edu.hk。

All personal data provided will be treated in strict confidentiality and used for admissions-related purposes by the school only. Information will be destroyed once the admissions procedure is completed.
所有個人資料只會用作申請入讀本校或註冊程序用途，有關資料會於整個入學申請流程完成後全數銷毀。
Remarks
1.
A device with Windows operating system and Google Chrome browser is recommended.
建議使用載有Windows操作系統及Google Chrome瀏覽器的電腦。
2.
DO NOT leave the site (i.e. click the back/refresh button or close the browser) after payment unless you have received a pop-up window with your registration ID.
付款後仍需耐心等待，不可離開網站（包括按下後退 / 刷新按鈕或關閉瀏覽器視窗）。直至載有你的申請ID展現於屏幕。
