The aurora is an incredible light show caused by collisions between electrically charged particles released from the sun that enter the earth’s atmosphere and collide with gases such as oxygen and nitrogen. This should be seen at least once in life. Canada Aurora Ecology Tour was an invaluable experience for TTCA students as they could learn the formation of aurora, see the beautiful aurora and use their cameras to capture the unforgettable moment. It is grateful that we could see the active aurora in two nights. Students also could learn how to survive in an extreme cold weather. They could learn more about the history of Vancouver and geological resources in Canada. It was an impressive experience in students’ lifetime.
